Pariveda recognizes that as your investment advisor you entrust us with both your hard-earned assets and your personal and financial data. We consider your data to be private and confidential and ensuring your privacy is our utmost concern.
Information We Collect. In order to provide you with the best service possible, we collect certain nonpublic personal information about you, including:
Information from forms you provide to us in connection with your accounts (such as your name, address, and social security number);
Information about the accounts that Pariveda manages or monitors on your behalf (such as purchases and sales initiated by Pariveda or you as well as your account balances);
Information obtained through discussions with you about your accounts or inquiries made by you regarding your accounts (such as account risk profiles, spending needs, and your biases for, or against, certain investments).
Information We Share. Pariveda shares information solely to service our client accounts. We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as specified here or as required by law. For example, so that we may continue to offer services that best meet your investment needs, and to effect transactions that you request or authorize, we may disclose the information that we collect, as described above, to companies that perform administrative or marketing services on our behalf. Those companies include your custodian or executing broker, transfer agents, as well as printers or mail houses that assist us in the distribution of investor materials. Those companies use the information we share only to perform the services for which we engage them, and are not permitted to use or disclose the information for any other purpose.
Information Safeguarding. Pariveda internally safeguards information about you by restricting access to only those employees who provide products or services to you or those who need access to your information to service your accounts. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet federal and/or state standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
If you decide at some point either to close your account(s) or to become an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
